New consultation points for migrants in Wrocław – Psie Pole and Jagodno!

WroMigrant, the city’s information point for migrants and refugees, has been supporting both long-term residents and newcomers to Wrocław for years. Since August 2024, free in-person consultations are now also available in two Wrocław districts: Jagodno and Psie Pole!

The WroMigrant Information Point, managed by the Wrocław Centre for Social Development, has been operating since February 2020 (previously known as Infolink). It offers free consultations on residence permits, employment, education, learning Polish, healthcare, and official matters (such as obtaining a PESEL number or driver’s license). Support is offered in five languages: Polish, Ukrainian, English, Belarusian, and Russian.

In addition to in-person consultations, WroMigrant also provides workshops on residence legalisation and informational meetings covering various aspects of life in Poland and Wrocław.

In-person consultations are held in the city center at Przejście Dialogu (Passage of Dialogue) – a space dedicated to social initiatives and intercultural dialogue in Przejście Świdnickie. It is open daily from Monday to Saturday, between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

In August 2024, the WroMigrant team launched additional consultation points at city libraries in the districts of Psie Pole and Jagodno, providing easier access to professional assistance across different parts of the city. Consultations at these locations are held once a month (see the consultation schedule below).
